WLMH is excited to offer our U9 players two (2) pre-season dry land training session.
We are excited to be able to offer our U9 Players dry-land training opportunities to get ready for hockey season! These sessions are not mandatory and do not cost any additional to the player/family.
All U9 players are invited to participate. There will be no coaches from WLMH present. Coach Josh is in charge!

"We are exited to welcome all our West Lorne Comets participants starting Saturday. A few housekeeping notes.
Things to bring:
- water bottle (we have a cooler available for fill-ups)
- athletic clothing (running shoes, shorts or track pants & t-shirt are recommended)
- Positive attitude & open mind
- any Emergency medical devices such as asthma puffers or epi pens etc.
