2020-21 Registration Information (West Lorne Comets)

Print2020-21 Registration Information

Registration for the 2020/2021 Hockey Season Opens August 30!

In an effort to properly organize our teams for next season and to ensure your spot on a Comets team, please register by September 20 so that we can create teams based on OMHA COVID guidelines. Anyone wanting to register after September 20 will be put on a waitlist and added to a team, as roster space permits.

NEW THIS YEAR: ALL REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS* ARE ONLINE ONLY. If you need to make alternative arrangements (cheque, e-transfer), please contact the Registrar.

Please note: The registration fees below are all-in. The $200 per player for volunteering is reimbursable upon completion of the 8 hours per player (max. 16 per family). As always, the $100 fundraising fee is reimbursable as you keep the money when you sell your booklet of raffle tickets. This has been implemented to better align with how other centres are structuring their fees.

Note: Registration fees do not include amounts to pay for game officials (i.e., refs, timekeepers, etc). These payments come directly from the gate fees. *West Lorne Minor Hockey does not set the gate fees as these are a requirement of the leagues in which we play (i.e., Shamrock, Four Counties). Payments for game officials do not come from registration fees, unless there is a shortfall to be covered (ie: low attendance, people avoiding gate payments, etc).

If you need some financial support in order for your player to participate this season, please visit our Subsidy Programs page.
