All teams
MUST submit their travel permits and rosters to the tournament coordinator ASAP.
OMHA has stated that rosters are not required to be approved/finalized this year until December 1, 2022. However teams cannot play games or in tournaments without a roster.
Teams registered for the Black & Gold will need to contact their Registrars to pull the "pending" rosters as a pdf from the HCR portal (Spordle). For the purposes of the tournament - this will be considered your official team roster for the tournament. Teams need to also submit their Approved Travel Permit to the Tournament Coordinator.
Once teams have received their pending roster and approved Travel Permit from their Registrar, please submit it to
