Why Are We Asking?

You're not currently logged in, so we are just asking for today's month and year to help cut down on automated submissions.

U7 team registration will cover one (1) registration for a team of one (1) half of the ice.  If a registration wishes to submit enough players to play two (2) half ice games, two registrations will be required to be submitted. 

For example, if a U7 team has 16 players, and they only register one U7 team, all 16 players will play as one team in the tournament, on one half of the ice.  If a team wishes to split, they will be required to register two teams, and can split the team into two (2) teams of 8 players each.  The official OMHA roster will need to be provided, as well as a list showing the separated teams. 

Team City / Program Name

Typically this is the name of the city / town where your team is from. So if your team is part of the "Anytown Youth Sports Association", then you would just enter Anytown.

Team Nickname

If your association or team has branding, such as "Bears" or "Tigers" or "Blue Jays" then that's what would be entered here. Also, if your association / program has multiple teams in the exact same age group and skill level, then add something here to let us know which team you are (eg. "Bears 1" or "Tigers Black")

About the Primary Team Admin

After registering, this team will have it's own self-management portal to setup additional contacts, make payments, and complete other parts of the process. The Primary Team Admin will be provided the link to the management page, and once the team is accepted, will need to have a login with this website using the same email address as the one listed here in order to continue. The Primary Team Admin will also be included in all notifications sent out during the registration process as well as any communications sent out by the tournament organizers. The email address used here should be also be the one used to create an account within the Sportsheadz mobile app.

About Alternate Team Admins

After registering, this team will have it's own self-management portal to manage contacts, make payments, and complete other parts of the process. Alternate Team Admin(s) will also be provided the link to the management page, and once the team is accepted, will need to have a login with this website using the same email address as the one listed here in order to continue. Alternate Team Admins may also be included in all notifications sent out during the registration process as well as any communications sent out by the tournament organizers. The email address used here should be also be the one used to create an account within the Sportsheadz mobile app.

Alternate Team Admins have the same administrative abilities as the Primary Team Admin.
