WLMHA accepts E-Transfers, Cheque and all major credit cards.  Note: $2.00 convenience fee charged by Hockey Canada for credit card payments.

We encourage anyone to pay by e-transfer or cheque if possible.  WLMHA is charged processing fees for all credit card payments.  The less fees paid, the more funding will be available for our association to put towards our West Lorne Comets!

If you are paying by e-transfer, please submit your e-transfer to [email protected] and include your player's name and age group registered for. Your player is not considered registered and will not be able to participate until the e-transfer has been received.

If you need some financial support in order for your player to participate this season, please visit our Subsidy Programs page.

Minor Development/REP

If you/your player is interested in playing Minor Development or Rep, please check "Yes" in response to the "Is player interested in playing REP this year?"  during registration.  This does not commit you to a team, but we cannot roster a team in a Minor Development/Rep division unless the registrants ask for them.  So if your player wants the programming here in  West Lorne - please sign up for it!

If Minor Development teams (U9 and under) are able to be rostered, please note Hockey Canada & OMHA have mandated Minor Development teams receive the same amount of weekly ice as all U9 and under teams.

REP Tryout Fees:

A fee of $50 is required to cover ice time if you/your player will be trying out for a Rep team.  If you/your player is trying out for one of the U11 - U18 teams, please add the Tryout fee in your cart at registration.

REP Team Fees:

Rep Team fees (up to $200) will apply after registration for players on rep teams (with the exception of U18).  Rep fees will be used to secure additional ice time for rep teams.  Rep teams normally have an additional scheduled ice time each week, for a total of three (3) weekly home ice times.

Payment Plans, Discounts & Subsidies:

  • Payment Plans: Payment Plans are available!  A deposit of 50% of the total fee per player will be due at registration; the balance of the account will be divided evenly and billed to your credit card on August 1/22 and September 1/2022.  If payments are being made by e-transfer or cheque, e-transfer/post dated cheque are due same.  If registration occurs after one of these payment dates, the remainder of the balance will be divided up over the remaining dates.
