WLMHA Annual General Meeting
Our AGM will be held in the arena warm on Wednesday April 6th, 2016 at 7pm
We welcome everyone to attend. As per our constitution if you have motions, correspondence, constitution amendments or other matters for consideration that you would like brought forth at the meeting please submit them in writing to the secretary, Monique Lunn (
[email protected]) a minimum of fourteen days in advance.
Our association is run completely by volunteers. Many of our Board members have been on the Board for several years and would like to step down and let others step in. The Board meets once a month (year round) and all Board members are expected to also take on "jobs" (ie treasurer, registrar, running tournaments, website..the list is long) to ensure the season runs as smoothly as possible for everyone. There is a lot more to our organization than just having players and bench staff. If you're interested in knowing more about joining the Board please contact the secretary or simply attend the AGM where new Board members will be voted in for the 2016/17 season.
