For the 2024-2025 Season, eight (8) hours per $250 volunteer fee per player are required (max. 16 hours per family). For example, if you have one (1) child playing hockey, you need to complete 8 hours. If you have two more children in hockey, you need to complete 16 hours. Intro to Hockey, House Hockey, and U21 do not require the completion of volunteer hours.

Upon completion of your volunteer hours, you may submit a request for the refund of your volunteer fees. It is up to the parent to ensure they complete the mandatory eight (8) hours in order to be eligible to receive your refund. Requests will be bulk processed in December 2024, and April 2025.

Please note: There are minimum requirements for each bench staff position (e.g., certification, Respect in Sport) based on age group.
On-ice Helpers
Please note: On-ice helpers must be pre-approved by the Board and submit a police check including vulnerable sector screening and Respect in Sport - Activity Leader certification prior to stepping on the ice.
