Season Begins Sept 9th
Submitted By Karen Booth on Wednesday, August 31, 2016
Hope everyone had a wonderful summer. We have been very busy getting ready for the upcoming season. Below are a few reminders and some important info:

1. As always, ALL fees must be paid in full/in place before players step on the ice. Board members will be at the arena during the first few days collecting final payments. Please ensure you've also submitted a post dated cheque for the fundraising tickets ($100/dated Dec 1/16 player max 2/family) and volunteer cheque ($100/player dated Jan 1/17 max 2/family)

2. Additional $50 to attend try outs if your child wishes to try out for a rep team. It is not refunded if your child doesn't make the team. It helps cover the cost of the ice for the extra skate times.

3. Player medical: Please ensure you've filled out the player medical form for this season and bring it to the first skate. (MedicalInfoForm)

4. New players: We need a copy of your child's birth certificate. Parents also need to complete the online Parent Respect In Sport course that OMHA has made mandatory. ( Parent Respect in Sport) if you have taken the course previously you can add the new player to the profile you created before.

5. Full hockey equipment is mandatory for all divisions including mouth guard and neck guard

Tryouts have now been posted to each rep team page as well as under the tryout schedule tab.

Evaluation skate and practice times have been posted on team pages for all divisions. Note: these practice times are for the dates scheduled only (Sept 13th-18th). Times for the remainder of the season will be posted when teams are confirmed, this delay is due to late registrations.

Novice parents please see the novice rep team page for important info on how teams are divided in the novice division as the process may be confusing for new comers to this division.
1. All fees must be paid in full/in place before stepping on the ice. This includes post dated cheques for the fundraising tickets (dated Dec 1/16) and volunteer fee (dated Jan 1/17). Board members will be at the arena for the first skates collecting any outstanding fees (cash/cheque). If you wish to pay by credit card contact the registrar by Sept 4th

2. Tryouts fees are $50 for players wishing to try out for a rep team

3. Player medical forms. Please print and bring to the first skate ( MedicalInfoForm)
