W.L.M.H.A Annual General Meeting
As the season winds down it's time to start preparing and planning for next year!

The West Lorne Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the arena on Wednesday April 5th at 7pm.
At the AGM the current board members will review the year and update everyone on the financial status. If you wish to propose changes to the W.L.M.H.A Constitution as per the Constitution they need to be submitted in writing to the secretary (Monique Lunn: [email protected]
) 14 days prior to the AGM date. Members present at the AGM can then vote on the proposed changes so it's important to attend, be informed and have your voice heard.
Also at the AGM we will be electing next years Board members. Please consider volunteering your time and joining the Board. The Board meets once a month year round and duties (president, secretary, treasurer, tournament chairs, equipment, website etc) are divided among the Board members. Without volunteers in these (and other) pertinent behind the scene roles on the Board our organization can't operate. There's a lot more to be done than arrive at the arena for practice and games so please consider helping out on the Board. Many hands make light work!
