In order to help with planning activities and decision making for the number of teams we will be able to have this upcoming 2020/21 season, please complete the 2020/21 Expression of Interest to Play form (

Note: If your player intends on playing rep hockey, you must fill this form out and select Yes for rep tryouts in order to be eligible for a 3.5, in the event we are unable to roster a rep team, as per OMHA guidelines.

Note: For those who are interested in trying out for AAA/AA, please contact Steve Lunn ([email protected]) for a Permission to Skate form and include your player's name birthday and Chiefs team that they are trying out for.
