Registration Opening Soon and Other Start-up Notes
Submitted By Shannon Todd on Friday, August 28, 2020
Registration will open August 30. Families will receive an email from the Registrar when it is open. In order to make decisions on number of teams, please register your player by Sunday, September 20. Anyone wanting to register after September 20 will be put on a waitlist and added to teams, as roster space permits.

A few notes:
1) This season will not be a typical hockey season. Please continue to be patient as we work to get kids back on the ice in a safe manner.

2) No rep fees/tryouts. Players will be divided up into teams of 9 skaters + 1 goalie based on skill level, as per OMHA's COVID-19 guidelines.
3) We expect to be able to start the season in early October.
4) Safety protocols and procedures will be shared with families closer to the start of the season.
5) We will not be playing in our typical leagues. We are working with other centres in our health unit to form bubbles, with the hope to be able to play games with them later in the season.
6) Should HockeyCanada or the public health unit shut down hockey activities during the season due to COVID-19, the Board will determine an appropriate refund policy to refund a portion of the registration fees for the cancelled ice time.
