ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE
All members are invited to attend the WLMHA Annual General Meeting.

TIME: 7:30 – 9:30pm

To submit any notices of motion, correspondence, constitutional amendments, and other matters for consideration at the annual general meeting, you must submit these requests in writing no later than 14 days in advance of the AGM to the WLMHA Secretary.
CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS
At the Annual General Meeting, the 2023/2024 West Lorne Minor Hockey Association Board of Directors will present a revised constitution to be voted on by the membership.
The current constitution in effect, is available on our website. The proposed revisions to this document aim to increase the overall organization of the Association, the effectiveness of the Board, and provide clearer transparency of director's roles & responsibilities.
All Members are encouraged to review the proposed revised Constitution in advance, and come prepared to provide feedback, questions, and participate in discussion. If you have not received a copy of the proposed revisions, please email the WLMHA Secretary.
