Grit-Fit recently ran a very successful dry-land session & fundraiser for West Lorne Minor Hockey.
Grit-Fit recently ran a winter dryland training session for all West Lorne Minor Hockey players. The class was well attended, and all the athletes ended the session wanting more!
Not only was this a huge opportunity for our players to train up, but Grit-Fit also donated the proceeds from these classes to West Lorne Minor Hockey - to the tune of $736!
Thank you Grit-Fit for contributing to WLMH, and we can't wait for the next dryland session!
