If you are successful for an interview, copies of practice plans, coaching portfolios, and full review of previous coaching seasons will be considered an asset. Interviews will be conducted by members of the West Lorne Minor Hockey Coaching Committee as well as individuals external to West Lorne Minor Hockey to ensure a fair and equitable interview process.
