For the 2025/2026 Season, eight (8) hours per $250 volunteer fee per player are required (max. 16 hours per family).  For example, if you have one (1) child playing hockey, you need to complete 8 hours.  If you have two more children in hockey, you need to complete 16 hours.  Intro to Hockey, House Hockey, and U21 do not require the completion of volunteer hours.

You will be re-directed to open a google sheet to sign up.  You may need to log into your google account to access this form.

Upon completion of your volunteer hours, you may submit a request for the refund of your volunteer fees.  It is up to the parent to ensure they complete the mandatory eight (8) hours in order to be eligible to receive your refund.  Requests will be bulk processed in December 2025, and April 2026.

Please note: There are minimum requirements for each bench staff position (e.g., certification, Respect in Sport) based on age group.

On-ice Helpers
On-ice helpers must be pre-approved by the Board and meet all OMHA/Hockey Canada certification requirements.


Jersey Parent (one per team)
Carry jerseys (home and away sets), bring to every game, wash jerseys frequently (depending on age group).  1 jersey parent per jersey set is eligible for eight (8) hours of volunteer but the requirement is the parent accepts the job for the duration of the season.

Silent auction items

Tournament (during)
Serve lunch/work food booth 
Timekeeping

Team activities such as sewing sponsor bars, organizing team events, etc. are not eligible for volunteer hours.
