Sometimes parents have hockey-related concerns that need to be addressed. We ask that parents first follow the steps below when they have concerns.
If you do not feel comfortable going directly to your Parent Rep, or feel that your issue needs further review by the Discipline Committee or WLMH Board, please submit a Concern Report.
*Safe Sport Reporting is available. Safe Sport Reporting through the Independent Third Party is for all reports of abuse, and other OMHA Code of Conduct Violations. To file a report, please click on the Safe Sport Tab above or visit the OMHA Safe Sport Complaint Process Information Page. All Code of Conduct violations must be reported through the Safe Sport Tab.
