All bench staff and on-ice help, volunteers, players and parents are subject to the following Codes of Conduct:
Code of Conduct Concerns
If you observe a violation of any of the above Codes of Conducts, please report it to your Parent Rep and follow the below procedure.
*Safe Sport Reporting is always available. Safe Sport Reporting through OMHA should be used for all reports of abuse, and other OMHA Code of Conduct Violations. To file a report, please click on the Safe Sport Tab above or visit the OMHA Safe Sport Complaint Process Information Page.
If you do not feel comfortable going directly to your Parent Rep, or feel that your issue needs further review by the Discipline Committee or WLMH Board, please submit a Conduct Concern Report.
