All U11 players are invited to attend two (2) pre-season dry-land training sessions with Fitborough in Rodney.
We are excited to be able to offer our U11 Players dry-land training opportunities to get ready for hockey season! These sessions are not mandatory and do not cost any additional to the player/family.
All U11 players are invited to participate. There will be no coaches from WLMH present. Coach Josh is in charge!

"We are exited to welcome all our West Lorne Comets participants starting Saturday. A few housekeeping notes.
Things to bring:
- water bottle (we have a cooler available for fill-ups)
- athletic clothing (running shoes, shorts or track pants & t-shirt are recommended)
- Positive attitude & open mind
- any Emergency medical devices such as asthma puffers or epi pens etc.

Due to capacity requirements, players have been divided into two (2) groups. Please refer to the U11 Schedule (posted the same on both the LL and D team page) and attend either Group 1 or Group 2 session. If you need to change from one scheduled group to another, please contact Josh directly.
